Securities and Exchange Commission Official Comment File Number SR-NASDAQ-2023-005, The SEC’s new rule allowing for the clawback of executive compensation, including pay, bonuses, and profits from stock sales, is a much needed reform. I fully support it and ask the SEC to plan to hit the ground running to immediately implement the rule and begin clawbacks the day it goes into effect. Sincerely, Mark and Judy Harvey
