Securities and Exchange Commission Official Comment File Number SR-NASDAQ-2023-005, The SEC’s new rule allowing for the clawing back of executive compensation, (including pay, bonuses, and profits from stock sales), is a much better application of this concept than rewarding poor management and failure ever was. I fully support it and ask the SEC to plan to hit the ground running to immediately implement the rule and begin newly targeted clawbacks the day it goes into effect. Sincerely ,Kathryn Price
