Securities and Exchange Commission Official Comment File Number SR-NASDAQ-2023-005, The SEC’s new rule, which allows for the clawback of executive compensation, including pay, bonuses, and profits from stock sales, is a much needed reform. I fully support it and ask the SEC to immediately implement the rule and begin clawbacks the day it goes into effect. Sincerely, George Cundari
