Securities and Exchange Commission Official Comment File Number SR-NASDAQ-2023-005, The SEC’s new rule allowing for the clawback of executive compensation, including pay, bonuses and profits from stock sales, is a much needed reform. If it becomes law, executives may think twice about "rewarding" themselves for bad decisions because they could be retroactively penalized - i.e., won't as easily get away with their white-collar crimes. I fully support it and ask the SEC to plan to hit the ground running to immediately implement the rule and begin clawbacks the day it goes into effect. Sincerely, Susan Donaldson
