Notice of Filing of Amendments No. 1 Order Instituting Proceedings to Determine Whether to Approve or Disapprove Proposed Rule Changes, as Modified by Amendments No. 1, to Adopt Listing Rules Related to Board Diversity and to Offer Certain Listed Companies Access to a Complimentary Board Recruiting Solution to Help Advance Diversity on Company Boards. I Feel, in Best Interest of the NASDAQ and FUND's in general, that, a Complimentary Position on the Board, has Always Been and Going Forward, that a Position at the Table of Board Members Should - and Always Should Be, a Position for the Entity / Owner. If a Position, that it may be thru Diversity, Approved, I 100% agree to the Recommendation either Way, that a Complimentary Position should Be approved Either Way..
