Dear NASDAQ board: I am writing to express the opinion of a normal, everyday citizen and stockholder who does not appreciate the proposed regulation requiring publicly traded NASDAQ companies to have at least one female or one minority on its boards. Do not give in to this censure culture that has developed. People like me are sick of it! Just because you have one more woman or a black or brown or gay man does not mean that these boards will be more successful. Quit buying in to the need for quotas.
