I am a relatively small trader at Interactive Brokers. I regularly trade on the Nasdaq close. I often place many small orders to participate in the close. I was not informed of this change until yesterday, which might be the case for most since I see no other comments. This change is likely to create problems for small traders like me. Ask yourself, if it hurts small traders, who are the group of big traders that Nasdaq has specifically crafted this to protect?
Will we have additional chance to comment after the rollout once we see the unintended consequences?
