As the president, CEO and Chairman of a public company on the NASDAQ, I find this proposal disappointing and disturbing. We are a small company and this additional cost and overhead will continue to make us less competitive with our private competitors. At a minimum, there should be an exemption for smaller cap companies such as there are for SOX404. While there may be some modest benefits from this proposal, they will not be consistent with the cost and I would expect this to continue to make U.S. manufacturing less competitive internationally.
