NASDAQ charging to get quotes (INET book quotes) is a continuation of the long-standing practice of wall street to limit information to the elite only. The rest of the public must be kept in the dark as much as possible, especially those who can afford it the least.
This is despicable of the SEC to allow such practices to continue. Stop it at once.
