I hope SEC also resolves Auction Rate Securities problem. It has been over three years and lots money that belongs to small business and individual is stuck.
SEC or congress has not done much. My ARS is with Raymond James. They have filed to be a bank and may get approval. SEC and Comptroller of Currency shroud ask them cash ARS first.
