I am an individual investor. PFOF Brokers and Wholesalers do not represent my interests. They have been skimming from retail through the use of PFOF and are now trying to claim they represent retail investors. They do not. I support IEX options exchange as I feel it attempts to level the playing field between retail investors, market makers and HFT firms. HM Winkler FL, USA
