Good Morning,

Regarding rule 4210, I do not agree with the proposed paragraph. You should not be able to hedge your option position with another option. That is the equivalent of me taking out a loan and then putting up a different loan as collateral. This is extremely detrimental to the financial stability of our markets, and allows nefarious actors to abuse this rule for personal gain. This is an extremely toxic rule and I whole heartedly oppose the implementation of said rule. Lowering margin requirements in an already unstable financial environment is detrimental to everyone involved. Please do not implement this.
