Why would these entities need relief? If I'm not mistaken, the options in questions are a net profit for them. They should be responsible for their own risk, and not need new rules to protect them from risks they have already subjected themselves to. Please do not change margin requirements for entities that can effectively hedge any reasonable risk within the current market structure.
