To whom it may concern: I am writing to express my disapproval of the proposed regulation regarding expungement. This rule makes it harder for honest, ethical, and wrongfully accused advisors to clear their records of baseless complaints. I believe that once a claim has been proved as baseless, and denied, the advisors record should be automatically expunged after a length of time, such as 1-3 years. There should not be an additional burden placed on advisors who are innocent of the charges filed against them. Please make it easier, not harder, for the innocent victims of these claims to have their records expunged. Michael P.
