August 30, 2022 Within the last 90 days, I had assistance with attorney to expunge a client complaint from several years ago. The complaint was so irrelevant and ridiculous that the arbitrator dismissed it very quickly. It was my only complaint in 39 years. I was unaware initially that it could be expunged so it was on my record for many years. Had I known it could have been expunged, I would have tried to have it removed sooner. I feel other honest people in the securities business need the same opportunity to clear their names in the same manner efficiently. Make no mistake, I do NOT want \"thieves and charlatans\" in the securities business, but honest and ethical people need an efficient way to correct these miss-statements and wrongdoings.
