I have 3 spurious client complaints. One complaint consists of a client making a error in a claim and then recanting that error. However this original claim is part of my permanent record. For a fee of 10,000 dollars a law firm has offered their services to expunge this record. That is a fee that I refuse to pay. The expungement process is very important because NO one verifies the client claims for being valid. Even if the client recants, the claim still exists. This process needs to remain open to expungement with an eye of credibility.

Thank you.
