You MUST eliminate the industry arbitrator that serves on every FINRA panel What an unfair bias
How did this rule ever become a practice? No transparency no accountability...the industry should be ashamed.
It is bad enough to have a dishonest broker but the system should be one that all participants TRUST. The current system is NOT TRUSTWORTHY and singularly biased toward the industry players.
