Since you already missed barry madoff can you at least stop wasting your time with new rules such as sr-finra-2009-008. if a broker is such a crook as the above ruling implies throw him in jail after he has been convicted.
dont besmirched him by hearsay just because his name is one one of many that works at a firm.
