I object to the proposed requirement to update Form U4 if allegations of sales practices are levied against sales reps during the course of an arbitration or litigation in which the rep is not a named party. A lot of false allegations are thrown around in arbitration and it's almost impossible to remove something from a U4 once it has been recorded on the U4.
