I am writing to express my deep concerns about FINRA`s proposal to revise Forms U4 and U5.
I have twice been accused by clients, both cases were closed by FINRA as being unfounded. Once I was included in a law suit becasue the attorney conducting the suit went through and inculded everyone`s name that was in the office. The Judge threw the case out.
Why should any of these instances need to be disclosed on my U4 and U5? I think that would be very unfair and create unnecessary explaining.
