I am an employee benefits sales representative and also a registered representative. While this proposed change does not impact me on a daily basis since securities are not my core business I do think that this change could negatively impact innocent, moral and ethical people. The lasting effect could be devastating. With this being said I do strongly agree that anyone who acts unethically with malicious intent should be aggresively prosecuted. Please consider this note a vote against approving the proposed changes to the forms U4 and U5.
