How does a rule that changes pricing valuation, the monitoring of third party pricing vendors & the definitions for which securities fall under these obligations not affect the protection of investors or the public interest, impose any significant burden on competition, or become operative for 30 days from the date on which it was filed, or such shorter time as the Commission may designate It has become effective pursuant to Section 19(b)(3)(A) of the Act and Rule 19b-4(f)(6) thereunder thus can be filed immediately & without comment.We are talking about the fundamental price, persons who control/clear the price & the underlying asset itself in the stock market!!! Let alone the fact that the exhibit provided is REDACTED IN ITS ENTIRETY!!! It's absolutely ridiculous that this is filed immediately without comment. There's no transparency. People can't even read it and you're going to make it into law. It's insane. There's no reason to redact something unless you're hiding something.
