I am a US citizen invested in the US stock market and I think it is outrageous that an entire document has been redacted from the public's eyes. How is this allowed in a country that boasts about having the best fair and free markets? These documents should be released in its entirety so that every investor, not just the hedge funds and market manipulators, have a fair shot at understanding how their trades are being handled.
