Hello SEC, I wanted to reach out in regards to this new rule. I went to the document links to read up and found that you have REDACTED entire pages the entire Exhibit 5 (DTC), Exhibit 5 (NSCC), and Exhibit 5 (FICC) for the Notice of Filing and Immediate Effectiveness of Proposed Rule Change to Amend the Clearing Agency Risk Management Framework ARE REDACTED. I don't believe that anything should be REDACTED that is made public, as that information should be shared with all of the Retail/public to review and comment on. These redactions basically take power away from the buying public. Please, do not REDACT further information, and instead ACTUALLY PROVIDE IT SO THAT WE MAY REVIEW AND ASSIST. -A concerned citizen of the USA
