Hello SEC, I’m emailing you today to find out why File Number SR-DTC-2023-001 has the pages of valuable information to comment on redacted. How do investors comment properly if none of the information regarding the proposal is available? I and many others are sure to request the release of the redacted information so we can comment on. There’s no reason to even post a proposal when there’s literally nothing on the introduction of the proposal. Release the information. There should be nothing you should be hiding as a public servant. No one will know you’re trying to better markets for investors when you’re holding back rules and proposals. Redacting information makes the SEC look suspicious as retail investors can’t see the rules but private institutions can. People want to doubt that you’re not complicit but this is absolutely not a good look in that direction. This should be illegal as we pay your salaries but apparently it’s not. Either release or look complicit to the ongoing tragedy that is our current markets. I go again and ask for you to release the redacted sections of the proposal. The SEC keeps affirming that you are about market transparency. This is far from that and does not look good. Transparency should be giving EVERYONE information everything for commenting.
