-I would strongly advise against selling to the Chinese. Having lived there for five years, I think this would be unwise. Business practices by the Chinese do not always follow what is lawful. They have the attitude that asking forgiveness is better than asking permission. This works with their philosophy of saving face. Meaning they do not expect to be confronted with any decisions they make that profit them and hurt us.
