I am a retired business owner and former large employer. My investment portfolio which I depend on for income has many CEF positions from sponsors such as PIMCO, DoubleLine, BlackRock, Cohen and Steers, Chase, Invesco , etc. I am not in favor of CBOE rule changes. I believe in full transparency and believe in annual meetings, proxy statements and explanations of fund performance and the ability to vote on directors and amendments to CEF’s bylaws and operating agreements and agreements. I can see no benefit to me as an investor and no meaningful reduction in operating expenses or performance of my funds as a result of your proposed changes. I am not in favor and if these changes pass I will sell my CEF portfolio. Thank you Fred de Roode
