I recommend the denial of an XRP ETF due to its centralized nature. Ripple, the company behind XRP, holds a significant number of XRP which it uses to sell on the market. Ripple is currently undergoing lawsuits by the SEC. Ripple was not fairly distributed amongst the public and insiders had an advantage. This is different than Bitcoin, which had a decentralized distribution and fair launch.
