To the SEC: Approve all ETF ASAP. There is no reason whatsoever for you to play kingmaker in how people want to invest their money. You keep claiming investor protection but you constantly fail to do so. In reality, when it comes to crypto, things happen so fast that there is no legitimate protection possible. At this point all the SEC can do about crypto is the same the surgeon general does about smoking: a big warning but everyone is free to do what they want. Crypto is a decentralized marketplace and as long as it stays that way, it will be near impossible to control. Which means that as you keep putting your foot on the weight scale, Americans will be left behind while other countries will be able to benefit from crypto. If there is any problem with current regulations, then by all means tell everyone what the problems are so that they can be corrected and fixed. Stop playing with the American people. There is clear demand for spot ETFs as you can see from the multiple filings. This is not going to change because you keep holding back indefinitely. Thanks for your time.
