To: The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC): I am a scientist in the USA and writing to request the SEC to reject all Bitcoin Spot ETF applications. The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) must reject all Bitcoin Spot ETF applications of any form because of continued market manipulation in the cryptocurrency space. Unlike traditional financial markets, the cryptocurrency market lacks robust regulatory oversight, making it susceptible to price manipulation by a few influential players. Without proper safeguards and surveillance mechanisms, approving a Bitcoin Spot ETF could expose investors to significant risks, as malicious actors could exploit the lack of regulation to manipulate prices for personal gain. Also, Mr. Gary Gensler, the US SEC Chair has publicly stated, there is Non-compliance across the Crypto currencies-related businesses. Sincerely, Snigdha
