Hello In regards to [Release No. 34-91326; File No. SR-CboeBZX-2021-019] I believe the Bitcoin market has gone through a huge stage of maturity and growth in the past few years. If is no longer a manipulated market. There are millions of investors that would benefit from a simple, transparent way to invest in Bitcoin through their existing brokerage accounts. An etf would solve the problem. The Vaneck etf would remove any possibility of manipulation and would bring increased transparency to the Bitcoin market. James
