Respected Sir,

NYSE and ICEs Bakkt, a regulated digital asset platform designed to enable consumers and institutions to seamlessly buy, sell, store, and spend cryptocurrencies, will serve both institutional investors and retail traders in the traditional finance sector.

Bitcoin ETF would give investors a way to invest in Bitcoin through regulated brokers, which would increase confidence. This form of investment would be insured against hacking and theft, therefore protecting investors from losses.

Companies like Coinbase have already Insurance protection
where all digital assets are covered by FDIC insurance, up to a maximum of $250,000 per customer.

In partnership with ETC, a SEC-registered broker-dealer and FINRA member, Coinbase Custody offers custody through a regulated, institutional broker-dealer.

I believe due to all these improvements and on-going improvements, SEC should approve VanEck SolidX Bitcoin ETF.
