Comments attached in regards to the 18 issues of the bitcoin market manipulation. I basically copied to Microsoft word document and I typed my comments in red right below each question. I am in strong support for the CBOE bitcoin ETF and I hope that some or any of my comments or ideas could be beneficial to the decision making of the bitcoin ETFs.
