The Proposed Rule Change does not appear to detail the policy and procedure in event of a bitcoin blockchain fork. This seems a glaring oversight since 3 fork events have already occurred in recent history. The proposal should outline what the Trust intends to do about forks of coins that it holds in custody, as well as its criteria for determining the primary chain over time in event of a contentious fork.
