I request that you approve the proposed ETF. I believe in ANTI_FRAGILITY which means the economy gets stronger, long term, through volatility. However, part of that is helping those that want to, to mitigate volatility. That would occur through and ETF. I believe that helping Americans feel more "safe" through an ETF would be very useful for the long term growth, development and invention of the future of blockchain. Overall, I believe the freedom to create etf's are essential for American's to have access to. We have to remain relavent in a digital currency and a global 24/7 market.
