While many people are suffering from scams like Bitconnect or so, theirs others that has lost from the bearish downtrend since the begining of this year. Either way, they should have the opportunity to make that lost amount of money back into their pockets. Without the ETF approval, it would be even more hurtfull, than the situation already is for those. I personally know a few of them. Also the Ledger wallet, coldwallet, paper wallets etc.

At some point, there will be an insurance angle of these different kind of wallets.
