I would like to see this ETF be approved. I see this asset class as being valuable over time. I want to have the ability to purchase through an SEC regulated exchange. I do not want to see other countries begin to accumulate a finite supply good and the US be left behind.
I do not see this asset class as taking the place of our fiat currency. It is too slow and fees are too high, but it does have value and a practical use in our future. If the SEC does not approve this ETF I will be forced to purchase from an exchange and hold my private keys. I feel as though the SEC has a duty to serve Americans and protect us by enforcing federal securities laws. I understand that this asset class reaches further than our borders, but I believe that we need domestic options to make secure purchases of new digital assets in order to remain competitive in our global economy.
