First, thank you for allowing public comment to such an important innovation we are witnessing.
As an active investor, I believe the creation of a Bitcoin ETF is the perfect vehicle to allow for the average investor to participate in the purchasing of Bitcoin to allow them to decrease their overall portfolio risk by investing in an asset class that is truly uncorrelated to the broader markets.
