My name is Enry Garcia da Silva and I am veterinary ophthalmologist, I hold a MS degree and 3 other degrees that led me to where I am today, and I was able to reach such achievement not only by extreme perseverance and by being cautious about my finances and along with my parents, watch carefully the markets from all significant players worldwide.

I would like to provide my 2cts in the bitcoin ETF matter: the Bitcoin ETFs are only one step in the way of globalization of blockchain technology, however it appears to be a very significant one. I know a multitude of people both in the USA and Brazil that are absolutely in favor of this step.

Once the public is made aware that significant advances have been made towards fund security, AML/KYC guidelines and requirements, and exchange security, this will be seen just as regular stock market assets. The great difference is in the power of blockchain. A change is coming in a way that will change our lives forever, and its foundation is taking place as we speak, namely the year of 2017-2018 will, in my opinion, be remembered forever for the introduction of many technologies that will be more than significant worldwide, all of which are intimately related to blockchain and cryptocurrencies. I hope the SEC can be an institution that continues to welcomes such change and not one that hinders its progression.

The SEC has shown signs that it is willing to understand and welcome such technology, and I applaud that.
