I am writing today to urge this government body to ratify the motion to allow Blockchain (Namely bitcoin) ETFs.
As an economist, I have studied many financial istruments. Blockchain assets are a breakthrough technology given the vast benefits they represent to the United States as well as the world community.
Distributed ledger technology has the power of transparency for governments, tax payers, and can function as a powerful tool for transparent data processing.
Imagine a world where all encrypted transactions are available on a distributed ledger and easily sorted for taxes, transparent documentation, and utility.
Blockchain assets are quickly being adopted and ratified in many countries outside of the United States and the brain drain of some of our best human capital continues to migrate out of our homeland to pursue carreers in this groundbreaking and necessary field.
I urge you to allow these ETFs in order to maintain a Blockchain competitive environment in the United States.
