From a technical perspective, this proposal is sound. Approval of this ETH would be a great step forward in providing clarity to this emerging asset class. The capabilities of blockchain are quickly emerging and this type of regulation will help ensure the safety of those investors helping to build the ecosystem and encourage financial progress and leadership.
