October 1, 2018 To whom it may concern, I am a corporate investor and I believe Bitcoin should be available as ETF. Exchange-traded funds (ETFs) take the benefits of mutual fund investing to the next level. ETFs can offer lower operating costs than traditional open-end funds, flexible trading, greater transparency, and better tax efficiency in taxable accounts. A bitcoin ETF has been viewed as a natural next step in bitcoin's maturation as an asset and could precipitate the entrance of more retail investors into the crypto market. Investors need wallets to trade the physical Bitcoins today, making it hard to access. ETFs are frequently traded and highly accessible via investors' brokerage accounts. ETFs are actively traded and highly transparent.ETFs are traded through brokerage accounts that carry with them insurance via SIPC.
