I support adoption of the Van Ect Solid-X bitcoin ETF but am vehemently opposed to any type of derivative that doesn't directly purchase or sell without leverage the underlying asset. I believe Wall Street invented derivatives lead to manipulation and increased volatility of bitcoin. The 2017 market has caused enormous speculative losses to the general public following the adoption of futures contracts and CBOE options. Exchanges offering leverage should be closed down. We don't need more damage to the ecosphere. I believe to above captioned ETF product approval would serve to offer bouancy to the market that is direly needed now before it's too late and many of the innovative companies (altcoins) are driven out of business by being harnessed to bitcoin's bearish manipulation.
