Dear Sirs/Madams: I have been actively involved in the crypto-community for at least 5 years. I appreciate your concern regarding market manipulation as regards Bitcoin. I would ask you to consider that the current VanEck-SolidX ETF proposal would be excellent vehicle to keep moving forward in the emerging digital asset class . I am sure you are familiar with their construction. I believe their entry point would exclude "retail" investors and risk would be taken mainly by those who can afford to take it: namely wealthy investors and institutions. The advent of Bitcoin futures in December of 2017 set the ball rolling. They have been a success. The BAKKT platform is most likely due to launch in November 2018. Throughout this year, massive amounts of time and energy have been spent by very forward thinking, intelligent people to lay the groundwork for digital assets. It is not a matter of if, but when these assets emerge and reach their potential. The time is upon you to not stand in their way. I ask that you approve the VanEck-SolidX ETF. Sincerely, Michael J.
