I support the rule change to allow the VanEck-SolidX Bitcoin ETF to be created. I feel that this ETF in particular will allow institutional investors the most secure way to invest in crypto-currencies. I understand the concerns that some commissioners have expressed about the more retail oriented Bitcoin ETF's. I feel that allowing the VanEck-SolidX Bitcoin ETF will allow the crypto market to stabilize and secure itself prior to allowing retail investors easier access. With Bakkt hopefully coming on-line soon, the VanEck-SolidX Bitcoin ETF will allow an alternative entry into the market and increase competition and security. Currently, retail investors can access crypto-currencies with minimal research, institutional investors have more limited options. Please approve the rule change as it applies to the VanEck-SolidX Bitcoin ETF.
