I believe that a Bitcoin ETF will be the most transparent in history an you should add the addition that investors have the right to see the holding address for each 25 BTC ETF contract, this doesn't make them holding assets less secure its the private key they must keep secure not the public address.
Unlike Gold / Oil, investors will be able to see their assets in real time to know theirs no fraud going on.
With the start of Bitcoin futures last year we seen a large dump in price as the people selling futures contracts used investor money to buy BTC and dump it in bulk lowering the price, a secure ETF is just what the Bitcoin market needs.
Specially with the ETF been insured I see no problem granting the request it will be good for the global market and technology innovation and the reputation of the SEC
