Hello, my name is Cesar E. and i would like to state that an ETF approval would be great for the new digital asset. Now i know that the focal point when it comes to crypto currency is theft, exchange hacks or wallets or also the overwhelming scams by ICO's because the crypto currency ecosystem has lend itself to it but certain facts have to be said. Exchanges that have gotten hacked over the years or just recently are dew to the fact that they prioritize profit over software security. This exchanges had for lack of a better word crappy software security. Also this exchanges that got hacked all have been based on other countries. there has not been hacks on us based exchanges because they understand crappy security equals no profit period. Another point to consider your decision for ETF approval would be to take opinions based on people who are in the crypto space and are knowledgeable about the crypto ecosystem. If you let your opinion sway over investor or average people who are not in the crypto space then it would be an unfair decision because the main point this people are going to bring up is theft, hacks, and ICO scams because they only know about from the side lines. To make a well informed decision of the ETF then i think is vital to invite people from the crypto space such DAPP developers or exchange CEO's like BINANCE CEO or BITFINEX or Mr. Garlinhouse from RIpple xrp to better understand whats happening or. Dan Larimer, Vatalik buterin also come to mind. Thank you for the opportunity to here my thought in the matter.
