The BITCOIN ETF should be approved for the following reasons:
1) Many institutions wish to diversify their investments with assets that provide them with greater profits, which is found in the Crypto world due to its volatility.
2) Ordinary people claim for more simple financial options, so they can invest, such as ETFs.
3) BITCOIN futures have proven to behave within the normal range, so the fear of a "financial catastrophe" is no longer on the scene.
4) The crypto world, and especially the BITCOIN has proven that it has come to stay, so many countries are advancing the US in providing support (instead of prohibiting it, it is something they can not do). For example: Japan, South Korea, Malta, Philippines, etc.
5) The concerns of the SEC for the crypto world round in two aspects: (a) identification of the holders; (b) volatility. Regarding the first point, with the ETF it is easy to identify the holders, because in principle they will be fiduciary firms, but they will be able to identify their clients, with a KYC process. Regarding the second concern, it is actually part of the attractiveness of the Crypto world, because where there is volatility, there are profit opportunities, and it is expected that when more institutional capital comes in, this volatility will decrease (this will be done if the ETFs and other instruments are approved).
