To whom it may concern Regarding the Bitcoin ETF proposal,

Please consider the following regarding deciding on a Bitcoin ETF or not: Every time you don't immediately reject, BUT then later reject a Bitcoin ETF proposal, IT IS ALREADY HURTING RETAIL INVESTORS RIGHT NOW (look at the numerous recently proposed Bitcoin ETF's timelines compared against the Bitcoin price charts from January 2018 to present). If you intend to keep rejecting them, please end it soon for good or nail something down you're comfortable with.

I've never seen Bitcoin trade so volatile FOR SO LONG A DURATION in the 4 years I've traded has I have this year. Even clearly good altcoin projects are a crapshoot these days to invest in because Bitcoin moves the ENTIRE market. Seasoned traders ARE COMPLETELY CLUELESS as to where to invest and protect one's positions best...and we have TONS of new unseasoned traders now that this has gone mainstream, who barely stand a chance in these rough seas. This can't sustain at this level of volatility, and regulation scaring folks is 90% to blame.

Please end some of the UNCERTAINTY, one way or another does not matter. The only thing that matters right now is regulatory certainty, not necessarily so much which direction is taken.
