Hello,
I believe Bitcoin has come a long way since the last time ETFs were considered. Insurance is available and Professional Custody is being made available by companies like Coinbase with vast experience in the industry and blockchain.
Also, the United States can't fall behind other countries and needs to be a leader in this industry to ensure opportunities for Americans and American companies. We can't afford to fall behind other regions of the world, especially Asia.
